The “Buy, Scan & Win 2026 Campaign” is organised by The Raw. International Sdn. Bhd. (“TR”) where customers who purchase The Raw. cleanser products can participate for a chance to win exclusive prizes.

The Campaign will run from 1st June 2026 until 31st July 2026, both dates inclusive.

The Campaign is open to:

• Malaysian citizens only;
• Individuals aged 18 years old and above;
• Participants who submit valid and complete entries according to the Campaign mechanics.

The following persons are not eligible:

• Permanent and/or contract employees of The Raw. International Sdn. Bhd.;
• Employees of agencies, suppliers, service providers and related parties appointed by TR, including their immediate family members.

The eligible The Raw. cleanser products are:

• Rough & Bumpy Ceramides Cleanser
• Acne Ceramides Cleanser
• Hydrating Ceramides Cleanser
• Dry & Bumpy Ceramides Cleanser

To participate:

Step 1: Purchase any eligible The Raw. cleanser product from participating platforms or stores.

Step 2: Scan the QR code (verify) located behind the bottle.

Step 3: Fill in the required details (Name, phone number, email address)

Step 4: Submit your entry through the designated Campaign platform.

No. There is no minimum spend required to participate in the Campaign.

Eligible purchases can be made via:

• The Raw. official website and mobile app
• TikTok Official The Raw. account
• Shopee Official The Raw. account
• Participating retail stores including Guardian, AEON, Parkson, Farmasi AI, KPJ, Zuellig Pharma, Alpro Pharmacy

Yes. Participants may submit more than one (1) entry throughout the Campaign period, provided each submission uses a valid unique QR code.

Each QR code can only be scanned up to three (3) times for authenticity verification purposes. Any excessive or suspicious scanning activity may cause the QR code to be blocked or invalidated.

TR shall not be responsible or liable for any blocked, restricted or invalidated QR codes resulting from scans exceeding the permitted limit.

Grand Prize

Six (6) winners will receive:

• Limited Edition CeraPals Plushie
• One (1) Hair Dryer
• The Raw. Cleanser Sachets

First Prize

Ten (10) winners will receive:

• One (1) Hair Dryer

Consolation Prize

One hundred and five (105) winners will receive either:

• 70 winners x 1 unit Limited Edition CeraPals Plushie (random); or
• 35 winners x The Raw. RM50 Cash Voucher

No. Plushie designs will be given randomly and are subject to availability.

The Raw. RM50 Cash Voucher is valid until 30th September only. Unused vouchers after the expiry date will be forfeited and will not be extended or replaced.

All physical prizes must be verified, accepted, collected and/or successfully delivered on or before 30th September 2026. Any unclaimed or undeliverable prizes after the deadline may be forfeited.

Eligible entries will be extracted and verified according to the weekly transaction eligibility cycle. Winner selection will be conducted using an internal randomiser witnessed by at least three (3) people.

Selected winners will be announced on the 15th day after the respective weekly participation cycle closes. Announcements will be made via The Raw.’s official Instagram: @theraw.skin

Winners may be contacted through Email, Phone Call, Direct Message (DM) using the contact details provided during entry submission.

Yes. TR reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of similar or higher value without prior notice.

No. Each participant is only eligible to win one (1) prize throughout the entire Campaign period. If a participant is selected for multiple items, only the first winning entry will be considered valid and TR reserves the right to select another winner for the subsequent prize category.

By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the collection, processing, use and retention of their personal data by TR in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
