TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Organizer:
1.1. The Raw International Sdn Bhd (“The Raw”) will be organizing the #MENANGDUITRAWYA! contest.
1.2. By participating in the contest, you agree to these terms and conditions, including any changes made without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The contest is open to all The Raw’s customers who purchase The Raw’s products per list below (hereinafter referred to as the “Channels”).:
2.1.1. Official The Raw website: www.theraw.com.my
2.1.2. Official Shopee Mall account: @theraw.skin
2.1.3. Official TikTok shop account: @theraw.official and @theraw.malaysia
2.1.4. Any Guardian Outlet in Malaysia only. and shall be hereinafter referred to as “Participant” or “Participants”.
2.2. Participants from clauses 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 are required to fill in the necessary information via the provided link to be eligible for the contest draw via Participation Form given in the marketing material offline and online.
2.3. The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the contest:
2.3.1. Permanent or contract employees of The Raw of Companies, including the Organizer, and their immediate family members (e.g., parents, stepparents, siblings, spouses, children, stepchildren, and adopted relatives);
2.3.2. Employees of the Organizer's third-party service providers, including their permanent or contract staff and immediate family members (e.g., parents, stepparents, siblings, spouses, children, stepchildren, and adopted relatives);
2.4. If a Participant is found ineligible during or after the Contest Period, The Raw reserves the right to disqualify them and cancel, withdraw, or reclaim any prizes awarded. If the Participant has already benefited from the prize, they must reimburse The Raw for the prize costs, failing which The Raw may take legal action as necessary.
3. Contest Prizes:
3.1. The Contest offers monthly prizes as outlined below:
3.1.1. Grand Prize: 1 winners x RM1,000 cash prize
3.1.2. 2nd Prize: 5 winners x RM300 cash prize
3.1.3. 3rd Prize: 10 winners x RM200 cash prize
3.2. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other items
4. Contest Period:
4.1. The Contest runs from 1 March 2025 to 31 May 2025 ("Contest Period"), both dates inclusive. Updates or changes will be announced on The Raw's social media platforms and official website.
4.2. Spend period according to date, for Participant(s) to qualify for the Monthly prize(s) every month are as per the table below (“Monthly Spend Period”):

5. Contest Mechanics:
Participants will qualify for entries for the Contest based on the following:
5.1. Minimum spend of RM50 per transaction via the official channels and guardian outlets for any of the products list below:

Moisturiser
- The Raw. Daily Ceramides Cream Moisturiser 50 ml
- The Raw. Daily Ceramides Moisturiser 30 ml
- The Raw. Daily Ceramides Gel Moisturiser 50 ml.
Cleanser 150 gram
- The Raw. Rough & Bumpy Ceramides Cleanser 150 gram
- The Raw. Hydrating Ceramides Cleanser 140 gram
- The Raw. Acne Ceramides Cleanser 150 gram
Acne Spot
- The Raw. Acne Spot Drying Solution 30 gram
- The Raw. Acne Spot Drying Solution 15 gram
Sunscreen
- 1. The Raw. Cera-Shield Physical Sunscreen 30 gram
2. The Raw. Cera-Shield Hybrid Sunscreen 30 ml
3. The Raw. Cera-Shield Chemical Sunscreen 30 ml
4. The Raw. Aqua Tinted Sunscreen 30ml

- Awaken Young Eyes Serum 15ml
Make up Remover
- The Raw. Micellar Pad
5.2. Participants from clauses 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 are required to fill in the necessary information via the provided link to be eligible for the contest draw via Participation Form provided in the marketing material offline and online.
5.3. All valid transactions require participants to enter accurate information in the checkout section for each official channel to qualify for Contest entries.
5.4. Any transaction or payment made outside of the official identified channels will NOT QUALIFY participating in the Contest.
5.5. At the end of the Contest, 48 winners will be randomly selected by The Raw using a computerized system, overseen by the internal Marketing team. The Raw's decisions, including winner selection, are final and not open to inquiries.
6. Miscellaneous:
6.1. The winners will be announced via The Raw website at www.theraw.com.my or The Raw official social media (Facebook @TheRaw.official; Instagram @TheRaw.Skin; TikTok @TheRaw.Official).
6.2. Participants must ensure their information is accurate and registered under their own name. Failure to meet these requirements will result in disqualification and ineligibility for the Contest prizes.
6.3. The Raw’s record will be the official record in terms of awarding the contest entries. No manual receipt submission will be entertained.
6.4. Each Participant will only be entitled to win one (1) prize throughout the contest period.
6.5. Cash prizes will be transferred directly to winners' bank accounts within 60 working days, provided winners submit their bank details within the timeframe specified by The Raw. Winners will be notified via The Raw's website (www.theraw.com.my) or other channels.
6.6. The winners will be contacted only via office phone call number (+6017-8764932) or (theraw@dibsyglobal.com) registered under The Raw by the marketing team for verification to qualify for their prizes.
6.7. If The Raw contacts a potential winner by phone but cannot reach them (e.g., due to no coverage, unanswered calls, or service issues), The Raw will make up to three additional attempts within 2 hours. If still unsuccessful, The Raw reserves the right to select another potential winner, repeating the process until a winner is confirmed.
6.8. By participating in the Contest, participants fully accept all terms and conditions and agree that The Raw's decisions on the Contest and related matters are final and binding, with no queries or appeals entertained.
6.9. The Raw reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion, without prior notice, to substitute any of the prizes with other items of similar or higher value.
6.10. Non-compliance by the Participants and/or winners with any of the terms and conditions herein contained shall entitle The Raw to disqualify any entry and/or revoke any prizes awarded.
6.11. The Raw reserves the right to cancel, extend, suspend, or end the Contest at any time before its expiry without prior notice. Participants are not entitled to compensation for any losses resulting from such actions. The Raw may also amend or change the terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice. By continuing to participate, participants accept and agree to these changes unconditionally.
6.12. The Raw reserves the right to use participants' and winners' names, addresses, photos, information, and documents for advertising and publicity purposes, both current and future, without prior notice or compensation. By participating, participants consent to this use without further notice or claims of ownership.
6.13. Winners must participate in marketing and promotional activities as required, including but not limited to media conferences, interviews, roadshows, tours, and events, with a maximum of 3 appearances if applicable.
6.14. The Raw is not responsible for any property damage, personal injury, or loss of life suffered by participants, winners, or any party arising from or related to this Contest, or the prizes awarded.
6.15. These terms and conditions take precedence over any provisions or representations in brochures or other promotional materials for this Contest.
6.16. The Raw is the final authority to decide on the interpretation of these terms and conditions and as to any other matters relating to this Contest.

7. Personal Data
7.1. By participating in the Contest, participants are deemed to have agreed and consented to the collection, processing, use, disclosure, and retention by The Raw of their personal data in the manner as set out in the Personal Data Notice given pursuant to Section 7 of , which can be viewed at www.theraw.com.my.
