Important Notes

1. Each ticket comes with a unique code (one-time use only). It will be checked and validate and be exchange with actual ticket at the entrance for admission.
Please do not post or share your e-ticket online to avoid misuse.
2. Please bring your confirmation email. Screenshots or image files of e-tickets will not be accepted.
3. Make sure to double-check your ticket category/seat selection before checkout.
4. Seating is numbered and on a first-come, first-served basis at the event.
5. Use a valid email address when purchasing, so you can receive your confirmation email and e-ticket number without issues.

Terms of Sales:

1. All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
2. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
3. No refunds or exchanges once your booking is confirmed.
4. Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.
5. Other standard terms and conditions apply.

Admission Policy:

1. To enter the venue, you’ll need to exchange your e-ticket for a physical ticket with your seat number.
2. All seats are numbered and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at the event.
3. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. The organiser or ticket agent is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets.
5. Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, explosives, toxic/flammable/radioactive materials, narcotics, psychotropic substances, food & drinks, or anything that could disturb the event.
6. By attending, you agree to follow all venue rules and regulations. The organiser/venue may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if rules are not respected or if behaviour is inappropriate.

Late Admission Rules:

1. The event starts at 8:00 PM, so please arrive on time.
2. Late arrivals may need to wait until a suitable break in the show before being admitted.
