Official Statement: Shelf Life Extension for Selected Batches

We, The Raw. International Sdn. Bhd., hereby issue this official statement regarding the shelf life of selected batches of The Raw. SunDation® Instant-Blur Matte Sun Cushion Foundation and The Raw. Micellar Pad.

Following a review and confirmation of the applicable product shelf life and quality, we hereby confirm that the shelf life of the specific batches listed in Appendix 1 is extended by an additional twelve (12) months from the original expiry date indicated on the product packaging.

Basis of Testing & Quality Assurance

1. The Raw. Micellar Pad: Extension is verified via temperature and direct sunlight stress testing over 12 weeks (at 4°C, 25°C, 37°C, 45°C, 50°C, and UV exposure), confirming the product maintains its full efficacy.
2. The Raw. SunDation® Instant-Blur Matte Sun Cushion Foundation: Extension is verified through weight loss analysis and retained sample evaluation, confirming the formulation remains in excellent condition.

The shelf life extension applies exclusively to the batches listed in this statement. The extended expiry date shall be calculated as an additional twelve (12) months from the original expiry date stated on the respective product packaging.

Customers may continue to use the applicable products during the extended shelf-life period, provided that the products have been stored appropriately and remain in their normal condition. Customers are advised not to use the products if there are any significant or unusual changes in their appearance, colour, odour, texture, packaging integrity, or overall condition.

The Raw. International Sdn. Bhd. remains committed to maintaining the quality, safety, and performance of our products and ensuring that our products continue to meet the applicable quality standards throughout the approved extended shelf-life period.

Kenyataan Rasmi: Lanjutan Tempoh Hayat bagi Kelompok Terpilih

Kami, The Raw. International Sdn. Bhd., dengan ini mengeluarkan kenyataan rasmi berhubung tempoh hayat bagi kelompok (batch) terpilih produk The Raw. SunDation® Instant-Blur Matte Sun Cushion Foundation dan The Raw. Micellar Pad.

Berikutan semakan dan pengesahan tempoh hayat serta kualiti produk berkenaan, kami dengan ini mengesahkan bahawa tempoh hayat bagi kelompok yang disenaraikan dalam Lampiran 1 dilanjutkan sebanyak dua belas (12) bulan tambahan daripada tarikh luput asal yang tertera pada pembungkusan produk.

Asas Ujian & Jaminan Kualiti

1. The Raw. Micellar Pad: Lanjutan disahkan melalui ujian tekanan suhu dan pendedahan cahaya matahari langsung selama 12 minggu (pada 4°C, 25°C, 37°C, 45°C, 50°C dan pendedahan UV), yang mengesahkan produk mengekalkan keberkesanan sepenuhnya.
2. The Raw. SunDation® Instant-Blur Matte Sun Cushion Foundation: Lanjutan disahkan melalui analisis kehilangan berat dan penilaian sampel simpanan, yang mengesahkan formulasi kekal dalam keadaan sangat baik.

Lanjutan tempoh hayat ini hanya terpakai kepada kelompok yang disenaraikan dalam kenyataan ini. Tarikh luput lanjutan dikira sebagai dua belas (12) bulan tambahan daripada tarikh luput asal yang tertera pada pembungkusan produk berkenaan.

Pelanggan boleh terus menggunakan produk berkenaan sepanjang tempoh hayat lanjutan, dengan syarat produk disimpan dengan sewajarnya dan kekal dalam keadaan normal. Pelanggan dinasihatkan supaya tidak menggunakan produk sekiranya terdapat sebarang perubahan ketara atau luar biasa pada rupa, warna, bau, tekstur, integriti pembungkusan atau keadaan keseluruhannya.
