A nationwide contest by The Raw. Buy The Raw. products in-store and stand a chance to win exciting prizes in celebrating proudly Malaysian skincare.
From 1 August 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above, excluding employees of The Raw., its appointed agencies or partners, and their immediate family members.
1. Buy any The Raw. products in-store (minimum
RM55 in a single receipt).
2. Customer scans the QR code and taps Send.
3. The bot replies with the instructions :
■ Full name (Participant’s NRIC);
■ Phone number;
■ E-mail address (if any);
■ Total Bill Amount:
■ Purchase Receipt:
4. Once all 5 items are in, the bot gives them an Entry
ID.
5. Entries will be allocated based on the product type
purchased (Clause 6.3);
6. Selected customers will be required to retain their
Entry ID and original purchase receipt for
verification purposes.
Yes, at least RM55 on The Raw. products in a single receipt.
ProCare+ Serum: 5 entries per unit.
Other The Raw. products: 2 entries per unit.
If the receipt is below RM55, you get 0 entries.

Yes. Each valid, unique receipt is a separate entry. Each
receipt can be used once only. However, you need to
enter it once a week.
Your entry is allocated to the monthly draw based on the date you SUBMIT the receipt, not the purchase date. All receipts must be submitted by 31 December 2026.

By random draw each month using an internal randomizer witnessed by at least two authorized representatives, plus a Grand Prize drawn at the end of the campaign
Each participant can win one (1) prize for the entire campaign.
The Raw.'s Customer Experience team will contact winners only by email and/or phone call to verify before the prize is given. Keep your original receipt for verification.
